In a world where the challenges of life often feel insurmountable, there are stories that rise above, illuminating paths through darkness and despair.
3TandThem represents my three children: Tiana, Treneil, and Taylor. “Them” refers to my grandchildren—Arianna Chanel, Parker Lynn, Levi Edward, and Caleah Janise— and those to come in the future. They are the driving force behind why I strive to be my best and follow my God-given purpose. It’s about building a legacy and ensuring a positive foundation for them and the generations that will follow.
I am Tina L. Bailey—a paralegal, entrepreneur, administrator extraordinaire, and proven problem-solver. Professionally, I serve as an Assistant Corporate Secretary at a major corporation. Personally, I am deeply committed to helping people realize their dreams and step boldly into their purpose. My life’s work is rooted in nurturing, coaching, and teaching others to take courageous leaps of faith while developing strong leadership skills and growing both personally and professionally.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to discover and fulfill their life assignment, pursue entrepreneurship, and become organized, effective, and efficient in every area of life. I earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Marquette University, a Generalist Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University, and both a Certificate and Associate Degree from Life Christian University. I also aspire to return to law school to earn my Juris Doctor and further expand my impact.
For more than twenty years, I have faithfully served at The Pursuit of God Transformation Center as Pastor of Administration and Business Advisor. In this role, I was instrumental in co-developing the School of Accelerated Prosperity (SOAP), where I helped design and teach the curriculum, as well as establish policies, procedures, and operational processes to support organizational excellence and sustainable growth.
I am also the creator and producer of the Roadmap to Success Planner, a practical tool and daily partner designed to help individuals prioritize their time and live with intention. In addition, I am the author of Ending Us: A Transformational Journey to Prospering Through Divorce, Disease, and Death. This deeply personal work chronicles my journey of healing and growth through a painful divorce, a breast cancer diagnosis, and the loss of both of my parents to cancer—all within a three-year period. I am also the founder of the “I Win” T-shirt and hoodie line, created to inspire faith, resilience, and victory.
As a divorcée, breast cancer survivor, and woman who has walked through profound loss, I carry a powerful testimony. My mission is to encourage and equip others with the courage to push, pull, and persevere through life’s challenges—emerging stronger, wiser, and victorious.
When I’m not working or serving, I enjoy spending quality time with my three adult children—Tiana, Treneil, and Taylor—and my four beautiful grandchildren: Arianna Chanel, Parker Lynn, Levi Edward, and Caleah Janise. I also cherish time with family, reading, and traveling.
This book is one such story—a raw, unflinching account of a woman’s journey through divorce, breast cancer diagnosis, and the myriad of challenges that life has thrown her way. It is a testament not only to her struggles, but also to her incredible resilience and strength. As you turn these pages, you will find yourself drawn into a narrative that is both personal and universal. The author shares her vulnerabilities, her fears, and her triumphs with a candor that is both refreshing and powerful. Each chapter serves as a reminder that while life can be unpredictable and often cruel, there is a flicker of hope that can guide us through even the darkest of times. Her experiences resonate deeply, inviting readers to reflect on their own challenges and the strength that lies within them.

Tina, I finished the book in one day. I got it and started reading it the next day, and I did not put it down until I finished it. Like others said, “it was an easy read.” I liked the book very much. Yes, I could relate to it as your family, but there are many things that others can relate to as well. I like that you included the scriptures throughout the book. I thought the song lyrics were nice and added a special touch. The flow of the book was well done and just enough for me and others to understand without getting too deep or distracted. To sum it all up, your accomplishments in “About The Author” were intriguing and Great! An Outstanding Job Well Done!!! Oh! Thank you for the autographed copy and book marker.
With my love to you, Karen

There are truths that will never be received until the lie you believe hurts you bad enough – Pastor Ricky D. Floyd, Sr.
The beginning of the end started at a snail’s pace toward the end of 2019 and continued to accelerate going into 2020. I will never forget that fateful night he left for Chicago after our heated exchange that continued after he left the house and came to a dead calm when he went silent.
I pray my personal journey gives you the encouragement and courage to push, pull and live through the many opportunities that life will throw at you. As COVID was making its presence known in the United States, elsewhere in Memphis, TN a 27-year marriage was coming to an end. As COVID shut us in, sickness, terminal illness and death became “someone’s” temporary roommate. And, as we emerged post-COVID, life continued to life us with many opportunities to push, pull, live or give‑in, give‑up and die.
Ending Us is my personal transformation journey of healing and prospering amid a broken heart, shattered dreams, illness and death. It is my journey of hate vs. love, unforgiveness vs. forgiveness, and revenge vs. letting go. Ending Us is full of transparent truths, fairy tales, lessons learned and heartfelt revelations. It is intended to be a roadmap to help guide you through your journey of recovery, self-discovery and transformation, especially during a time when all you want to do is withdraw and die internally, allowing others to control your destiny.
I hope my story of survival will encourage you to not stay stuck in hopelessness, bitterness and unforgiveness. Find hope and faith in God’s redeeming power. And, if you truly open your mind and heart to receive, in FAITH: forgiveness, joy and peace will find you, God’s redemption will find you, true and unconditional love will find you, healing will find you and, you will truly live like never before. My Pastor says that championships are never won in comfort zones. That quote resonates with me because my journey started when my comfort zones no longer existed.
